From a small office to a trusted regional brand.
Evergreen Real Estate was founded in 2008 with a simple idea: property transactions should be transparent, personal, and genuinely helpful. What started as a two-person team in Frankfurt has grown into a multidisciplinary agency serving residential, commercial, and investment clients across the region.
We have stayed independent on purpose — so our advice is always shaped around our clients, not outside shareholders. Every listing we publish, every valuation we deliver, and every key we hand over reflects the same standard of care.
